Ingredients

Instructions

1. Prepare the Beef

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Assemble the Rolls

  1. Fill a large shallow dish with warm water.
  2. Dip one rice paper round in water for 15-20 seconds until pliable (don’t oversoak).
  3. Place on a clean, damp kitchen towel.
  4. Layer ingredients in center of rice paper:
    • 1 slice of cheese
    • 3 tablespoons beef mixture
    • Small handful of lettuce
    • 3-4 pickle slices
  5. Fold bottom edge over filling, fold in sides, then roll tightly.
  6. Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

3. Bake to Perfection

  1. Lightly spray or brush rolls with oil.
  2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
  3. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  4. Let cool 3-5 minutes before serving.
