Instructions
1. Prepare the Beef
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Assemble the Rolls
- Fill a large shallow dish with warm water.
- Dip one rice paper round in water for 15-20 seconds until pliable (don’t oversoak).
- Place on a clean, damp kitchen towel.
- Layer ingredients in center of rice paper:
- 1 slice of cheese
- 3 tablespoons beef mixture
- Small handful of lettuce
- 3-4 pickle slices
- Fold bottom edge over filling, fold in sides, then roll tightly.
- Place seam-side down on prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat with remaining ingredients.
3. Bake to Perfection
- Lightly spray or brush rolls with oil.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
